Fee
The fee for a full diagnostic assessment is £500.
On booking an assessment you will receive an invoice. Our preferred payment method is bank transfer, but you can pay by card. A deposit of £100 is payable within seven days to secure the booking. The balance is payable on or before the day of the assessment. Please note the report cannot be released until full payment is received.
Cancellation policy
If you need to cancel your assessment, you will need to notify us by email at hello@dyslexiasolutions.co.uk .
We appreciate that circumstances can change, and you may need to cancel the assessment. However, due to the demand, we need to insist that if you cancel less than 14 days before the assessment the deposit will be non-refundable.
If we need to cancel the assessment, we will rearrange a mutually convenient date as soon as possible or arrange for a full refund. The same applies if you need to change the date of the assessment, but please be aware that you may need to wait for an appointment to become available.
Report
Following the assessment, please allow up to 10 working days for the report to be sent to you.
Requirements
A valid eye test conducted within the past 12 months is a pre-requisite for the assessment.
